Chicken Lasange




My specialty is Veggie Lasange, but I had to come up with something my husband will enjoy so we bought one of those day old whole chickens you get at the grocery store and added it in. My husband likes meat. I like chicken, not ground beef. So we found out compromise. It was delicious!




I put in red, yellow and orange sweet bell peppers, onion, carrots (grated them up), celery, clove of garlic, zuchuni, and broccolli. Finely cut up the chicken, and poured in two jars of pasta sauce. I used Lasange sheets (Oliveri) because you don't have too cook them. I prefer Saputco Pizza mozzerrella. I don't use any specific recipe I just add veggies I can think of. Baked it at 350 oF for 35 minutes.
