Chicken Chili




So tonights dinner menu is Chicken Chili.




2 Chicken Breaksts cut up, I recommend cutting while still frozen.


2 cans or jars of Pasta Sauce


2 cans of canned tomatoes (small), I used Alymer Chili Accents


Whatever veggies you choose to put in


1 can of Red Kidney Beans, rinsed off


Chili Powder - according to your taste


Garlic Powder - according to your taste




My cooking method was the Crock Pot.




Put it in and let it cook.




If you were doing the stove top method, I recommend cooking the chicken breast first. I normally boil it. Drain it and then add everything else in and let it simmer.






Serve it with shredded cheese and if you want to Tortilla chips too.
